A few examples why you might not be getting results with your training!
1) You keep training with the same weight.
2)You forget to take notes of how many reps and sets your doing.
3)Your not strict enough with your diet! No cheating!! 4) You're training at comfort level. Training is hard and you should feel uncomfortable when you're doing it.
5) Making sure you know your body type e.g Ectomorph: Lean and long, with difficulty building muscle. Endomorph: Big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to store body fat. Mesomorph: Muscular and well-built, with a high metabolism and responsive muscle cells. To see what sort of training methods work best for you.
6)You're choosing foods that are unhealthy, thinking they are good for you. Do your research on nutrition.
7)You emphasize recovery a little too much which means your legs get hit once every two weeks! Make sure you take the right about of rest for your specific goal.
8)You never change the order you do your exercises.
