I've blown my blue dot goal this month 😤 But in keeping with staying accountable, i'll continue to post my blue dot calendar. I think today is going to be another blue dot-less day & I know this coming Saturday probably will be too. Idk why it's been tougher this month for me. Oh well. I wanted to give a little rundown of how my March went before setting my April goals! Technically speaking, this was by far my most "perfect month" on WW and it felt amazing! Here's the recap:
I lost 4.6 lbs. I ran 88 miles. I strength trained three times per week.
1) no alcohol- success! Not a drop, and I really enjoyed it.🚫🍷
2) blue dots- I got 27/31!💙
3) stuck within food budgets, but probably mostly because the "bars and alcohol" budget was so low 😂
4) 12k steps or exercise daily- I only missed this goal for two days.
5) honest tracking- for the first time ever, I tracked every single bite even on a "cheat" day. I plan to always do this moving forward.
Unspoken goals I follow no matter what: 150 oz water per day, get enough sleep, eat protein for breakfast, and try to stay within 30 points on blue dot days.
I started enjoying my weekend early so my blue dots didn’t feature this weekend lol.
