I like a little oatmeal with my cinnamon. Seriously there can  never be too much cinnamon. 😋 I guess there’s other stuff in there too. Apple 🍎, pecans, almond milk, and a drizzle of 🍯 honey. 6sp in total for a warm and comforting breakfast. 💕 The winds here are crazy again, giving me the perfect excuse not to rake those pesky leaves outside. 🍂 Ahhhh darn! Was totally looking forward to that 🤥😬 Guess it’s Christmas movies and decorating inside 🤷🏼‍♀️🎄

Finally weighed myself. I am so thrown off with my new schedule at work, but have been on track with my eating, so thats really what matters 🤗I must have had a good loss this week because my weekend was definitely not good eating wise. I'll take the itty bitty loss as a win! 🙌🏼

Qu’est-ce que la nourriture? La nourriture apporte de l’énergie à nos corps. Mais ça, c’est la définition scientifique. .
La nourriture représente aussi notre doudou, notre filet de sécurité, notre bouillon de poulet pour l’âme. Lorsque nous sommes tristes, nous nous tournons vers la nourriture. Lorsque nous vivons de l’anxiété ou du stress, de la joie ou du bonheur, lorsque nous voulons socialiser avec nos amis... c’est la nourriture qui est là pour nous. La nourriture fait partie de notre société, et ça, ça ne changera jamais. .
Alors, je ne voulais pas changer quelque chose qui est ancré dans notre ADN. C’est ce que j’ai souvent essayé de nier : le fait que notre société est faite d’événements axés sur la nourriture. Se priver de nourriture, à la fois sur la quantité et sur les aliments, a été le plus difficile pour moi. Grâce à mon animatrice, j’ai compris cela et j’ai appris à gérer le tout correctement. .
Quel est l’aliment qui est votre ennemi juré? Identifiez-le, et affrontez-le. .
Faites de la nourriture une alliée, pas une ennemie. J’ai appris et j’ai compris mes propres faiblesses, et cela m’a aidé à réussir : au lieu de me transformer en aspirateur à nourriture à la moindre vue d’un aliment, je planifie maintenant soigneusement et en détail mes escapades d’une journée, mes vacances et mes sorties de fins de semaine. .
En fait, c’est plutôt amusant de faire cela! J’effectue des recherches et je découvre toutes sortes de nouveaux endroits intéressants et de restaurants dans mon coin, et de nouvelles associations de saveurs et de goûts. Et ce qui est encore plus amusant, c’est de découvrir toute la variété d’aliments faibles en PointsFutés (que ce soit des collations ou des repas), qui peuvent être accompagnés de fruits ou de légumes frais afin de créer des choix d’aliments merveilleux, d’alimenter mon corps avec de bons nutriments et de bonnes vitamines, et de me rendre heureuse.

Become allies with food, not enemies. I learned and understood own weakness and paved my path to success: Instead of becoming a living food vacuum at the sign of food, I now plan carefully and in detail my day trips, vacations and week-end getaways. .
It is actually quite fun to do it! I get to research and find all sort of new local gems/restaurants, new food flavour combinations and tastes. Even more fun is to discover the variety of low-SmartPoints options available (as snacks or meals), which paired with fresh fruits or vegetables create wonderful food options, fuel my body with good nutrients and vitamins, and keeps me happy.

( 8sp)One of the big changes I made to help me lead this new healthy lifestyle was to have food 🥘 made ahead from weekend meal prep. I have food in the freezer at work, fridge, in my vehicle, at home in our fridge and freezers. No excuses not to eat healthy. It keeps the “ I want to eat badness demons” at bay. For those of you that know me, you know I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
I was told by a fellow WW member to have a second look at my Rudolph Premium Sandwich bread that I love and eat daily.
When you scan the bread into the WW app, only one option populates, there are no choices. Normally, if there are multiple entries for a product, they all populate in a list. The premium Rudolph bread says 2pts a slice. I know I scanned it multiple times before purchasing. I buy it weekly and as you know, I eat it daily! So, this morning, I look. The person who entered the nutritional information was incorrect, in fact, I have absolutely no idea where they found the numbers they used. 
So, going forward, these little gems are 3pts a slice. 
This is a sad day for all of us Rudolph Bread lovers!!. Yup..a sad..sad..day🙃.
I will go and look at all the Rudolph bread again. I believe the Rye was 2 pts, but I'm going to triple check!
So, today's Breakfast!
I piece Rudolph bread 3pts.
2 eggs 4pts.
1/2 small avocado 2pts.
Everything but the bagel seasoning, banana and grapes 0pts.
