Sunday #mealprep is almost complete! I made two recipes from the @skinnytaste Fast and Slow cookbook: teriyaki chicken bowls (I added broccoli and made mine with real rice, 'cuz this bitch needs carbs) and slow cooker lasagna soup. TOTM calls for a big bowl of comfort food.  I’m sure my meals always taste better out of a bowl 🍲. I found mini garlic & coriander naans in lidl today (4SP) and made my Fakeaway Keema Style Rice.  Fry onion and pepper with your favourite spices (I used ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli, coriander, garam, cumin and curry powder). Add 70g Corned Beef (4SP) and 1/2 Pack Microwave Wholegrain Rice with Quinoa (5SP). Add spinach to wilt then stir through.  Finish with a squirt of lemon juice for a zingy bite πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ x
