I’ll be honest with you.. my pre-planned off-track Santa 🎅🏼 Day has spilled over into Sunday morning because I’m hungover, hungry and have to travel to Birmingham this morning. But I feel more human now so I definitely needed it 👍🏼. I’ve wiped out my dailies and gone into my weeklies but ill definitely be having chicken for dinner lol...hopefully the #wwflexeffect will help me pull it back before my next Santa 🎅🏼 day on Thursday x
*Honest Post Alert* I’ve been quiet yes... but here’s why • Struggling massively at this time of year • Normally it’s not an issues as I’ve usually quit my diet way ahead of the winter 😂 • this year though it’s killing me mentally • I have lost over 2 stone this year and I seem to have got to December and fallen completely off track • I’m not beating myself up about having a few treats • it’s more my anxiety is through the roof as I think all my clothes are suddenly way too tight • I think everyone’s judging me as I’m not on plan • and I feel like I’ve put everything back on plus more • No purpose to this post really I just wanted to get it off my chest • #wwuk#wwukdiary#wwukfooddiary#wwuksp#wwukflex#wwukhappy#wwukonline#wwukfamily#wwukproblems
Decided to treat myself to half a @pizzaexpress American Hot pizza (10sp) with some roast potatoes (3sp), salad and homemade hummus (0sp)! It was delicious and I still have 6sp left for today. Gotta love Flex!
Might be getting ahead of myself but in the spirit of staying #mindful I’m thinking of my New Year Goals. I haven’t thought about an End Goal or Goal Weight yet. I just knew I was obese and needed to lose weight. I’m now just ‘Overweight’. To get into the healthy weight range I need to be 10st 9lbs or less. I know from the past that 10st 7lb was a healthy, happy weight for me. I think I’ll set my WW Goal Weight as 10.09 but have a personal goal of 10.07 so I’ve got a buffer. Going to smash that last stone in the New Year! 💥 x
Inspired by @fiona_dawson, I made this 3sp ‘mug’ cake using my @hellokittyeu silicone mould. I used @monin_uk sugar free gingerbread syrup, as it’s that time of year! Yummy, but can only manage half of it right now, as I already had a boiled egg on toast this morning!
