Raw; Broken; Torn and trying so hard to fight through... questioning why? How? I’m trying so hard ... look at my poor body.. where did I go? As I stand slumped; moody; uncertain & hating the photo being taken.
Then ... one day I really looked at myself in the mirror; gave myself a stare down - I decided enough was enough; I was ‘told’ I could NOT change. This lit the fire 🔥 in my heart and mind. I called BS on myself. I had knowledge (actually a degree of all things health and fitness) I revisited; I research and flipped my mind.
This is when I finally found ‘me’ again. I had been lost amongst my victim thought. I was sick and tired of feeling like this! I was literally unhealthy, unmotivated and clearly losing it. Mostly because my food and fitness was ALL wrong!! If you want to know how I did it? How I changed my energy levels, mood, posture and regained a body that is easy to live in.. that has helped my kids be healthier too! I want to help you!

Day by day we change our minds and our feelings towards things and this is ok. Sometimes we need time to reflect or gain more knowledge about a particular factor. Just because we had an opinion yesterday does not mean we need to stick with it for life. ➕Changing our mind shows our development & maturity; it shows understanding and a commitment to grow.
In social aspects we may need to explain that we have changed our mind on something - if someone questions it answer by saying ‘I became more aware of the truth; bare with me’ b.x ➕b.truth: everyday I wake in the hope I will become more open minded; taking steps to become a more grateful person and gain some self-certainty. Day by day it happens slowly - Even gaining body love.
Today I feel soft and womanly.
