and met a man whose words just hit home profoundly. He said “You’ve got one life. Might as well risk it. I think the greatest risk is to risk nothing. “ He went on to say “I’ve been bankrupt and now I own multiple properties in auckland.” Then the thing that has been just resounding in my ears. “You just have to take action. In whatever you do, surgery, lifting weights, engineering whatever it is you, don’t become great in your field without taking ACTION.” So it got me thinking what excuses am I putting in the place of taking action? What have you been putting off doing and what will you take action doing this week? - for starters I’m going to be more ACTIVE on my social media accounts as well as other things. I don’t always like using socials because it’s scary putting yourself out there but this is my excuse and I’m going to get past it. If you haven’t already like my business account @catherinecokerfit
