.💯 agree, these guys have nailed it. Without focus or direction you’ll find yourself drifting. I’ve found my passion and focused on that. It’s taken me a while to find. But I know now I love helping people feel good through health and exercise. This makes all the early mornings worth it to see others unlocking their potential and feeling good about themselves.
Don’t live someone else’s dream. Live yours whatever that is. Know your passion and put your whole focus on that.
Today’s list of activities includes ➖Hair treatment

➖Relax ➖chilling & brunching with @lilyvictoriaallen ➖Gym later.. maybe
I used to think it was selfish looking after myself and taking time to rest but now I know it’s selfish not to... if I’m not looking after myself and rejuvenating it’s very hard to give my best throughout the working week your list will be different to mine but make sure you are taking the time out to do something that makes you happy and brings you back to your best self. 💕

I’ve also been adding 1/2 a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of @picspeanutbutter when I’m needing a bit more to keep me going. 💕🍓
When you understand how important your health is and that it’s ok to take care of yourself your appearance will change as a result. But the first step is understanding your worth and that you are worth prioritising and looking after. Everything from sleeping enough, eating with a healthy balance. making the time to exercise and surrounding yourself with positive uplifting individuals. This is called self love. 💕
Last Saturday I was in the spa at @nextgen_ad and met a man whose words just hit home profoundly. He said “You’ve got one life. Might as well risk it. I think the greatest risk is to risk nothing. “ He went on to say “I’ve been bankrupt and now I own multiple properties in auckland.” Then the thing that has been just resounding in my ears. “You just have to take action. In whatever you do, surgery, lifting weights, engineering whatever it is you, don’t become great in your field without taking ACTION.” So it got me thinking what excuses am I putting in the place of taking action? What have you been putting off doing and what will you take action doing this week? - for starters I’m going to be more ACTIVE on my social media accounts as well as other things. I don’t always like using socials because it’s scary putting yourself out there but this is my excuse and I’m going to get past it.
