October 1 - October 7 is Mental Health Awareness Week. I’ll keep it short; no hashtags just words.
I just wanted to share with you my battle with depression that began 5 years ago. I may normally seem like a upbeat happy guy, but some days it is a real struggle to get any sort of motivation. It’s thanks to the support of the people around me that get me through on really tough days.
Please recognize that more people than you think, suffer from mental health issues and together we can end the stigma.
