Here's another lil transformation for ya Tuesday! PLEASE take pictures throughout your journey! I've said it before but there's no better way to track your progress, screw what the scales say! I want to inspire as many people as I can to make positive health changes, I've been there and I can show you how ☺️ 20y/o this is just the beginning.
Okay so as promised, here's a little insight of what we do in active fit at @genesisfitnessremuera 💪🏼 we started with the continuous 20/5 battle ropes with burpees while half the group ran approx 150m with the tanks, swap and repeat x3! Then this combo: 100 squats, 80 mountain climbers, 60 butterfly sit-ups, 40 push ups, 20 burpees and 10 explosive tucks. Then on to a finisher of 6 lots of sprints 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 these ladies always kill it!
Pushed for time? Try this quick combo that involves cardio and strength! ✨ 200m sprint on the rower and follow on to 8 dive-bomber push ups ✨
Repeat 6-10 times or until you can't lift yourself up anymore 😅
So we probably all know by now that I'm all about getting amongst healthier alternatives, so you don't have to give up things you enjoy while achieving your health and fitness goals! So give this lil recipe a go 😋 - ✨ 1 can chick peas ✨ 1 tsb vanilla ✨ 1 tbs honey ✨ 1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla balance plant protein)
✨ 1/2 banana ✨ sugar free chocolate chips
Just blend the chickpeas, honey and vanilla first then add the rest and bake 💁🏼🍪 UPDATE: THEY'RE SO DRY HAHAHA

As a trainer, I’m constantly being asked about these ‘famous 30 day diets’ which magically transform your body in a short period of time and give you the body of your dreams if you buy their product. In reality, fad diets and quick fixes are often just popular scams because companies know that we are always going to be looking for a quicker way to lose weight and reach our goals. (Well why wouldn't you) So why not feed us some bullshit and make heaps of money at the same time right?
Question is; do they work? YES, of course they do! Anything that is going to deprive your body from food and proper nutrients by going into a major calorie deficit is going to make you lose weight. But this will only be temporary and once you start introducing real food back into your diet, it will often result in more weight gain and a much slower metabolism. At the end of the day, can you realistically replace breakfast, lunch and dinner with a shake for the rest of your life and still be happy?
Bottom line is, everyone’s body is different and in order to create something maintainable, eating good, nutritious whole foods with a balance of good fats, carbohydrates and proteins is going to be the most beneficial in the long run, and something you can maintain while still enjoying the good things in life 🤗 happy Monday!
Who said eating healthy had to be boring though 🤷🏼♀️ finally mastered my protein pancake recipe!!! Aaaand I didn't burn them which is always an achievement. You don't have to give up the foods you love when trying to eat healthier 😇 ✨ 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder ✨ 2tbs LSA ✨2tbs chia seeds ✨ 1 whole egg ✨ 1/2 cup of egg whites ✨ 1/2 banana
Put all the ingredients in a blender and cook with a bit of coconut oil! I added yogurt berries and coconut on top 😋
